We’re eager to get your name entered for the activities you want, then confirm those plans for you. Please read this Watermark and the form for the details. Little things? But when we’re entering volumes of data, big hassles! Maybe think of it as you do the finishing details of your painting: essential, right?
- Form asks for “street/city/zip code,” but some people do not fill in anything but street name. Please include town and zip.
- Critiques: Form has a line to check “Yes___ I will send an image”. If you do not check YES, you will be registered as a spectator only. (You may be a spectator in both sessions if you’d like.)
- Members may have an image in only one of the 2 critique sessions. To have your image critiqued, please send form in early enough.
- You need to send the form and check to Cynthia and Kati first and when you receive our confirmation letter that you are in one session, then email your image to the person named in the letter.
- We’re sorry, but WSO cannot accommodate special dietary requests, (like vegan, non-dairy, etc.) for the banquet. If you can’t eat any of the choices offered, please plan to have dinner elsewhere, then come sit in as the Juror presents the awards.
- The form clearly says “received on or before March 12,” so please look at the calendar and don’t mail it if it’s that date or later. After the cut-off date, we give everything over to the Hospitality Committee in the town where the convention is, so we can’t help you. Please come register in Brookings in April if you missed deadline.
- Our Spring Convention Chairs have given us many choices of excellent activities! If you have questions, please do call one of us and we’ll be glad to help figure it out. Kati’s phone number is at the bottom of the form.
