We’re eager to get your name entered for the activities you want, then confirm those plans for you. Please see the Fall 2010 Convention Page, the Watermark and the early registration form for the details. Maybe think of it as you do the finishing details of your painting: essential, right?

1. Form asks for “street/city/zip code,” but some people do not fill in anything but street name. Please include town and zip on the form. Having it on your check is not enough.

2. Critique sessions:

• Form has a line to check “I will submit image: yes__, no__.” If you do not check YES, you will be registered as a spectator only. Limit is 20, so to have your image critiqued, please send form in early.
• Members may have an image in only one of the 2 critique sessions. (You can of course be a spectator in both sessions if you’d like.)
• You need to send the form and check to Cynthia first and when you receive our confirmation letter that you are in one session, then email your image to the person named in that letter.

3. We’re sorry, but WSO cannot accommodate special dietary requests, (like vegan, non-dairy, etc.) for the banquet. If you can’t eat any of the choices offered, please plan to have dinner elsewhere, then come sit in as the juror presents the awards.

4. The form clearly says “received on or before Sept. 11,” so please look at the calendar and don’t mail it if it’s going to arrive late. After the cut-off date, we give everything over to the Hospitality Committee in the town where the convention is, so we can’t help you. Please register in Salem in October if you miss the deadline.

5. Please be sure to notice times of events, so you’re not scheduled in two places at once.
