We are looking forward to hosting the convention next spring and we have a small but committed steering committee working on the arrangements. Outside of the four person steering committee there are few other WSO members in the area and so we are concerned about having enough folks to help staff the hospitality table and help with other tasks during the weekend of the convention, April 4th-6th. Of course we will also reach out to the general arts community for assistance. But if there are any of you who think you would probably like to help us, we'd love to hear from you. Obviously you won't be able to make a firm commitment at this early date, but if you could just indicate your possible interest, we would be very appreciative.
